Barbara Soto — Strategic Communication & Leadership Coach
14 years of academic progression across communication, media, entertainment business, leadership, marketing, and public relations.
I am a Veteran, communication, leadership, and public relations professional whose academic and professional journey has been shaped by the intersection of media, business, storytelling, leadership, marketing, and strategic communication.
I earned my degree in Telecommunications from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in Puerto Rico in 2011, where I studied radio, television, media, communication technology, and the evolving role of telecommunications in society.
I later earned a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in 2012, expanding my knowledge of executive leadership, storytelling, branding, digital marketing, negotiation, project management, and business development.
In 2025, I completed my Master of Arts in Public Relations from Full Sail University, further developing my expertise in strategic communication, media relations, digital PR, social media strategy, research, events, and reputation management.
My education and experience have taught me that communication is not just about knowing what to say. It is a skill that can be developed, practiced, refined, and applied.
Today, I bring these disciplines together to help students, professionals, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and veterans develop the skills they need to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and influence.
